Had a lovely 5-night stay where I enjoyed clean rooms with a comfy bed, and the reception area was really inviting. The sun terrace was a great place to relax, and I loved hanging out by the lounge area after a day out. Only downside was the small pool area, but overall, I had a fantastic time! ☀️

The food was nice and offered variety at the buffet.

The shower temperature was unbearable, fluctuating from freezing cold to scalding hot without warning. It was frustrating to report the issue, only to be told it was a peak hour problem and nothing was actually fixed. the standard of cleanliness in the room was unacceptable for a four-star hotel, with dirty floors and neglected corners. The sunbed reservation situation was chaotic, with many beds taken by guests absent from the pool area, making it impossible to relax by the pool.

The place was clean and the staff were choice. But, the food was a bit average and the lifts were tiny as, which made getting around a hassle, eh?

The animation and entertainment team really stood out! They respected my desire to relax while still providing plenty of options for fun and games if I felt like joining in! also, I was pleasantly surprised by the innovative use of wrist bands as room keys, eliminated all those annoying 'who has the key? ' moments during my stay!

the delfin is super chill, just a quick bus ride from reus airport. the staff were friendly and helpful. i loved the rooftop pool for soaking up the sun and the hotel's location near the beach and nightlife was perfect. also, the variety of food at the restaurant was quite tasty, and the atmosphere was lively.

The rooftop pool offered stunning views and a great spot to unwind on sunny afternoons. The staff was attentive and genuinely friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Dinner had a great variety of dishes that I thoroughly enjoyed, from fresh seafood to delicious desserts. I appreciated the pool view from my room, which added a nice touch to my experience.

The entertainment could sometimes be a bit loud at night.

The staff are super friendly and helpful! Totally loved the location, right in the heart of Salou, with the beach just a hop away. The food options at every meal were fantastic, especially the desserts! !
